What is public access television?Norwood Public Access Television's mission is to provide Norwood residents with the necessary knowledge and equipment to get their opinion on the air. NPA-TV is a community television station where Norwood residents with an interest in television production or a program topic can receive training in digital video recording and editing. Upon completion of the required training, public access producers can use NPA-TV equipment and facilities completely free of charge to produce their own public access television program which will be broadcast on the Town Channel. |
