What is Public Access?
NPA-TV is a community television station where Norwood residents with an interest in television production or a program topic
can receive training in digital video recording and editing. Upon completion of the required training, public access producers can use NPA-TV equipment and
facilities to produce their own public access television program which will be broadcast on the NPA Channel.
